THE DOUBLE BASS Classic passive

The electric double bass MK mod.CLASSIC-P passive(P) is the top range, stands out by its resonance acoustic case, the tonal chamber is made of several fine woods in curvature both internally than externally and exquisitely harmonic like maple, fir, poplar, keyboard is made of ebony, length 145cm, weight 7kg.

The acoustic case has an internal core that connects the two boards and rests under the bridge area, bridge is made of maple in real dimensions of acoustic double bass and curved feet for an effective strings's vibrations transmission.

Acoustic case is structured to ensure a very realistic attack, ideal for musician who has to face many scores with bow, but also in pizzicato way offers considerable satisfaction.

Action adjustment takes place by acting on a single screw placed on the back of the instrument, it modifies neck's angle inclination, adjusting strings's height as desired.

MK CLASSIC has a passive piezo set-up that accurately detects all the most intimate harmonics, just connect the output jack directly to the amplifier, moreover it's possible to further modulate the sound at personal discretion with external peripherals such as preamplifiers, PC programs, sound cards and so on.

Frames are simply disassembled with an handwheel, tip is adjustable in height and retractable inside the instrument.
